Modular-vs-Manufactured
Prefab is a general term for any home built off-site.
Modular- built in a facility then delivered to a building site in sections and dropped on a permanent foundation where they are then set by local contractors and has the same value as a stick built.
Manufactured/trailers- generally temporary structures assembled from panels and are portable.

Experience
We started in the real estate industry 15 years ago. Diving into the short sale market taught us to navigate through the changing times of home buying. We then branched off into Wholesaling, Renovations, Total Rehabs, Fix & flips , Buy & Hold Rentals and Staging Homes. Now we are one of the few Women owned and operated developing and building companies in New Jersey.
Accountability
The results? Completed components are transported to the site 70% done and placed on the foundation. The components are already inspected once they leave the manufacturing site. This means since all material is safely stored and protected from the elements and construction takes pace in a climate controlled environment, the modules are not subject to weather-related damage that can cause rework or costly product liability issues such as mold.
